Operators that publish rates list outdoor RV parking from about $45 a month for a small 10×15 ft stall, and roughly $67.50 to $105 a month for 30 to 40 ft rigs. Two operators price by the season instead: 30 ft outdoor stalls at $850 to $957 for a year, or $510 to $522 for six months. Winter indoor tent storage for a 30 ft unit is listed at $1,500 for six months. Most facilities do not publish an RV price, so ask for a quote.

Parking an RV at home in Calgary
Calgary's rules depend on the time of year and whether your home has a front driveway:
- Front driveway, April 1 to October 31: an RV can stay up to three consecutive days, then must be off the driveway for at least 48 hours. No part of it can be closer than one metre to the sidewalk (or gutter if there is no sidewalk).
- Front driveway, November 1 to March 31: not allowed.
- Side or back yard: allowed with no time limit, as long as it does not block intersection sight lines.
- Street: only if you have no front driveway, for up to three days followed by 48 hours off-site. Detached trailers and campers cannot be parked on city streets or alleys.
- Fines: the city lists fines from $400 to $10,000 for non-compliance.
If your property has no side or back yard access, winter is when most Calgary owners need storage.
